The Dave Degens collection of racing motorcycles headlined at the Bonhams Spring Auction at the Stafford 22&23 April 2023.
Dave's 1965 and 1970 Barcelona bikes, as well as his Scarborough Gold Cup winning bike and the 8-valve Dresda that he won on so many times in the 80s and 90s Classic Series all sold to lucky new owners. Other machines sold included Dave's replica Dunstall 500cc Dominator, a Matchless G45, and one of the Dresda Honda four cylinder bikes that Dresda built in partnership with Honda Britain in the 1970s.
